War # 17 - this is what happens when Jared gets knocked down

Well, I could give you a pep talk about how awesome we are, and how last war was a fluke, or how, if we had only had jared, we would have won... speaking of which, if he couldn't war... why was he online during the entire thing?....  But then I thought that this song would do a better job than all of those words that I could write would, so here you go

General Housekeeping:
-Let's face it, last war was SLOPPY.  We need to get back to how we were, attacks need to be tighter, and more planned out, enough of this winging it guys, there were plenty of attacks where we could have easily had 3 stars instead of being stuck at two.  So, here is the deal, everyone, and I mean everyone needs to hash out their attack with a leader before they attack, this means list the order you will drop troops and spells, locations, timing ect.  We may ask for some minute adjustments to your planned massacre, or we may say scrap that and start over from scratch.  Yes, I know, tedious, but trust me, even I (Mike) will be doing this, and if I don't feel free to call me out on it.
-Remember to check those corners
-Lows need to draw out CC troops and eliminate them asap so they don't destroy your game plan
-Some of the war bases will need to have some adjustments made to them from the last war, we will be requesting that you do some of these, so that we can make it more difficult for the enemy to gain stars with their attacks.

**Make sure you get these in by 10am central Sunday.  If you can't, tell a leader asap. THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO GET THEIR ATTACK IN BY 10 AM FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO ATTACK THEIR ASSIGNED TARGET UNLESS WE HEAR FROM YOU PRIOR.  Front loading the war like we try to makes for an easier time for all of us, leaves the guess work of "will we win" out of the equation.  Plus it can be very intimidating to wake up in the morning and see that the other team is up 80 stars... Right Jared?**

War #16 - Let's get this party started!

First I'm gonna start with a shout out to my man 

congrats on earning the MVP for the last war bro with 2 successful 3 star attacks!

Hopefully with that last war, even though we clobbered those guys, you all took an opportunity to test your skills on some of those bases.  Since we have a few new members this time around I am going to go over some of the basic rules of the clan:

-No cussing

-Follow Leader's instructions

-Change your base layout if we ask you to

-No hating on other players, regardless of their age or how well they play the game

-Download Kik

-Use both attacks during war (lately we have gotten a bit lazy on this one, lets try to tighten it up for this war)

General housekeeping reminders for attacks:

-low players (th 6 and below):  make sure you clear the cc troops of the enemy base before you go hog wild on the other player

-check those corners and eliminate the buildings there

-zoom in on those lighting strikes for pinpoint accuracy (I used to drop them from way out, and you know what, zooming in works much better, who'd'a thunk it!)

-New players ( Todd, Mark, Ablacksocrates, Broken, irfan, and Alex lee)  You guys must talk to a leader before you attack to outline your attack strategy, this should be done on kik several hours before you attack, not 2 minutes before you attack in the clan chat. ***We ask this because we want to help you with the best strategy possible, we have been at this for awhile, and we may have a few new ideas for you to try out***

**Attacks are to be completed by 10 am central time Thursday morning if at all possible, if not, your target will likely be reassigned to someone else, so GET THOSE ATTACKS IN!!!!**

War #15 - It's a great day to be alive isn't it Jared... Even after walking through 6000 people.

And another great war guys.  I just want to take the time to congradulate you all on a fantastic war that finished up yesterday evening.  Well done! Special notification goes out to Kg for his  performance as our MVP last war.

AKA, you seem to have lost that lovin feeling, and I'm gonna give it back to you.  By the way, what Tom Cruise does in this scene, I have done as well.  Long story short, the lady I did it to, married the guy she was sitting across the table from when I sang to her (he and her had just met earlier that week).

Ok, and now for the real mood music for this little exercise they call War!

General Housekeeping (I know I am beating a dead horse here)

-Check those corners, there is one attack I can remember off the top of my head from the last war that got two stars that could have had 3 had the attacker checked his corners... So I will say it again... CHECK THOSE CORNERS!

-Lower levels must take out CC troops before sending in their own, you will be more effective with your attack if you do this, don't take my word for it, see what happens when you don't and you fail your attack because of those pesky archers that follow you around all the while and you end up with 1 star at the end instead of 3.

-First time members of this clan (this means you MIKE, JACK, and FIZZY POP- Fizzy, I know your dad is on here too, so no worries on this part, we got you covered) - Make sure you speak to a leader first before you attack your targets, we want to talk strategy with you before hand.  If you choose not to do this... YOU WILL BE KICKED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR ATTACK.

-For everyone else who has been around the block with us, remember to let us know when you are hitting a target, we like to watch and give out comments from the peanut gallery, plus it always feels good knowing that you have your 'mates cheering you on!

War 13- How Big a Boy are Ya?

Yep.  Here we go again.

Nope, no mood music:

3. If you are not confident about your attack, please do talk strategy with Kon, Mike, Boldblade, or Duck. You have our KIK.

New Members MUST discuss strategy with Kon, Mike, Boldblade, Duck BEFORE attacking. Failure to do so will lead to consequences which will be severe.

War #12.... This is like taking candy from a baby!

OK boys, here is how it is going to go down, at first glance, the other tribe looks like they will be pushovers... and that first glance is spot on! Now that doesnt mean that we can slack off and just wait for this one to end.  No, this war will be a perfect opportunity for us to fine tune this machine we call a clan.  So without further to do lets get started.   ***** CLICK HERE FOR MOOD MUSIC*****

First I will lead off with a picture of the enemy tribe's last few war stats....

Not too impressive is it?  In this war I expect every person to attack twice.  If you cannot attack twice, you need to make sure that at least 1 co leader knows about it before hand, as in let us know as soon as you know.  If you can't attack twice, and you do not tell us, then we will assume you are inactive or undependable and thus are not someone we want to stick around in this clan.


General Housekeeping:

-Check those corners, most of us, at one point or another has lost a battle purely based on the time running out before we can clear the base, dropping a few archers in the corners to clear them early on will help keep this from happening by accident.

-Lure and kill CC troops first for those of you who will not be attacking with dragons.

-IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER, OR IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN IN A WAR WITH US BEFORE, YOU MUST TALK ABOUT THE STRATEGY FOR HITTING YOUR TARGET(S) WITH A LEADER/CO LEADER BEFORE YOU ATTACK, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN BEING KICKED.  This is just so that we can make sure that you are well prepared for your attack.  We may have a few pointers to give you.  I don't care if the base you are assigned is one that you can take out with your farming army, you need to talk to one of us first.  We do not want to waste any attacks that could have gone well, had we planned out what to do beforehand.  Its simple, and most times it only takes about 5 minutes.

-If we ask you to make changes to your base layout please do so.  If you are super attached to the base you currently have, fine, tell us why and if you are persuasive enough we may have you use it for a war and see what happens.  If not, please change the base.

-If you have questions about what units to use in your attacks, please let us know we are here to help.  We want you to improve, the clan is only as strong as its weakest member, so lets work together to make sure that we have our bases covered.
